The Factory

The Dairy Plant is located to 100 mts. of the goat farmhouse. The establishment is qualified by the SENASA to export our products fulfilling all the requirements of the Codex Alimentarious. We put much emphasis in the quality and safety of our products. We fulfilled strict food manufacture standars such as GMP (Good Manufacture Practices). We are also working to obtain KOSHER and HACCP certifications.

Our cheeses are elaborated with pasteurized milk from our goats, in limited quantities, following an elaboration method almost artisan that distinguishes to us.
Once the elaboration process is finished, the process of ripening of the cheeses begins, in a camera equipped for such aim. Once concluded the maturation (between 30 and 45 days depending of the type on cheese), we come to package the units and to distribute them between our clients taking care of to maintain the cold chain, in order to conserve the qualities of our cheeses until the moment of its final consumption.
