Our cheese are made with 100% pasteurized goat's milk. The drop of fat is 15 times smaller than the one of cow, for that reason it is absorbed better.
They have more proteins and less cholesterol. The whiteness of our cheeses is due to the amount of vitamin A, Calcium, Potassium and Phosphorus that they contain.
They are digested in 45 minutes unlike the 6 hours that take products elaborated with cow milk.
