We differentiate our products by the place of origin of our cheeses. This means that our product is distinguished from other products because it is elaborated in a region with ideal environmental conditions. Our region, far away from great urban centers and industrial conglomerates, has optimal conditions (climate and pastures) for the production of goat milk of excellent quality. The milk obtained is the key raw material to elaborate cheeses with artisan procedures and the highest technology for cheeses production, in order to obtain a superior goat cheese under the highest food manufacture standards.

Moreover, we rescue, valorize and promote the Andean culture, in a land that once was part of the Inca's empire, and where still remains almost unalterable traditions, medicinal herbs, music, words, foods, fruits and more elements, that are the legacy of the Andean culture and that distinguishes us from other regions.
